2026–2027 Participant Information Form

Congratulations on being selected by your employer to participate in the Economic Club of New York's Early Career Connections Program.

For nearly 120 years, the Economic Club of New York has convened leaders at the forefront of business, policy, and society. Building on that tradition, the Early Career Connections Program introduces high-potential early-career professionals to the ideas, relationships, and conversations that are shaping the future of business.

Unlike traditional employer-based development programs, the Early Career Connections Program brings together a diverse cohort of participants from leading companies across industries, creating a unique opportunity to broaden professional networks, gain new perspectives, and build meaningful relationships beyond one's own organization.

Throughout the October 2026–June 2027 program, participants will engage in a thoughtfully designed experience that includes:

• ECNY Signature Experiences – Attend four in-person ECNY Signature Luncheons or Receptions featuring influential business, policy, and civic leaders discussing the issues shaping today's economy and society.
• Professional Development – Participate in three virtual sessions focused on foundational career skills, including Executive Presence & Professional Communication, Leadership Foundations, and Change Management.
• Cross-Industry Cohort Networking – Build relationships with peers from leading organizations through dedicated networking events designed to encourage collaboration, broaden perspectives, and establish lasting professional connections.
• Access to the ECNY Community – Engage with ECNY's distinguished network and gain exposure to ideas, leaders, and conversations that extend well beyond your day-to-day responsibilities.

By the conclusion of the program, participants will have developed a broader understanding of today's business landscape, expanded their professional network across industries, and established relationships that will continue to support their careers for years to come.
